- 4 artichokes trimmed
- Chicken stock-2 tbsps
- Chopped tarragon-2 tbsps
- Lemon juice-2 tbsps
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- Olive oil-½ cup
- Lemon zest from 2 lemons grated
- Salt to the taste
- Combine and mix tarragon, chicken stock, lemon zest, lemon juice, celery, salt and olive oil in your food processor and pulse very well.
- Mix artichokes with tarragon and lemon sauce in a bowl, toss well, place into your air fryer’s basket and cook for 18 minutes at a temperature 380°F.
- Share artichokes on plates, drizzle the rest of the sauce all over and serve.
