Cooking Time: 35 Minutes, Servings: 12 Ingredients: Italian seasoning-1 tsp Shredded Mozzarella-½ cup Seasoning-Salt and black pepper to the taste 1 big cauliflower head florets separated Egg whites-1/4 cup Directions: Cauliflower florets should be placed in your food processor, pulse very well, spread out on а lined baking sheet that fits into your air fryer. Transfer baking sheets into the fryer and cook for 10 minutes at a temperature of 360°F. Cauliflower should be transferred into а bowl, then add the following ingredients; salt, pepper, cheese, egg whites, and Italian seasoning, stir really well. Spread the mix into а rectangle pan that fits your air fryer; press to fit pan well, then transfer into the fryer basket and cook for 15 more minutes at a temperature of 360°F. Cut into 12 bars, arrange them on а platter and serve as snacks.
Cooking Time: 28 Minutes, Servings: 4 Ingredients: 4 artichokes trimmed Chicken stock-2 tbsps Chopped tarragon-2 tbsps Lemon juice-2 tbsps 1 celery stalk chopped Olive oil-½ cup Lemon zest from 2 lemons grated Salt to the taste Directions: Combine and mix tarragon, chicken stock, lemon zest, lemon juice, celery, salt and olive oil in your food processor and pulse very well. Mix artichokes with tarragon and lemon sauce in a bowl, toss well, place into your air fryer’s basket and cook for 18 minutes at a temperature 380°F. Share artichokes on plates, drizzle the rest of the sauce all over and serve.
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes, Servings: 4 Ingredients: Olive oil-1 tbsps 1 avocado; pitted, peeled, sliced and cut into medium fries Lemon juice-1 tbsps 1 Whisked egg Panko bread crumbs Salt and black pepper to the taste Directions: Mix panko with salt and pepper and stir carefully and properly. In a separate bowl, mix the egg with а pinch of salt and whisk well. Meanwhile, in а third bowl, mix avocado fries with lemon juice and oil and toss very well. Fries should be dipped in egg, also in panko, transfer them into your air fryer’s basket. Cook for 10 minutes at a temperature of 390°F. Share among plates and serve.
Cooking Time: 18 Minutes, Servings: 4 Ingredients: Brussels sprouts; washed and trimmed-1 ½-lbs Butter- 1½ tbsps Bread crumbs- 1½ tbsps New chopped potatoes Salt and black pepper to the taste Directions: Brussels sprouts and potatoes should be added to your air fryer’s pan, also add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and butter. Toss well and cook for 8 minutes at a temperature of 400°F. Share among plates and serve.
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes, Servings: 4 Ingredients: Grated parmesan cheese-2 tbsps Corn flour-1 tbsps Grated carrot- 1 quantity Grated zucchini- 1 quantity 2 slices of bread crumbled 1 egg Sweet paprika-½ tsp Minced garlic-1 tsp Salt and black pepper to the taste Directions: In a clean bowl, put zucchini, add salt, and set aside for 10 minutes, drain excess water by squeezing, then transfer into another bowl. Put carrots and the following ingredients; salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, flour, parmesan, egg, and bread crumbs. Stir well then shape 8 croquettes. Transfer into your air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at a temperature of 360°F. Share among plates and serve.
